Cozze



"Cozze" from Pomodoro's. I really love seafood, and there's something so good about having something as simple as mussels in white wine, herbs, garlic, and butter with some nice crusty bread. This is just a simple, good dish. The mussels have the slight taste of garlic, and are nice with the touch of butter and white wine, then finished off perfectly with some herbs. I love to dip the crusty bread in the tasty broth for a nice treat. I dig it!

So before my month hiatus, I posted a lot about our kitchen remodel, and I am pleased to say it is now finished. All we are doing now is putting everything back ... dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. I will be taking some "after" pictures once it's a little cleaner, and then writing a big post about the before and after. Overall, I'm pleased!
